In Robert’s Own Words

“Hello my names Robert Newman and I’m running the London marathon to raise money for HeartCells foundation. The charity that saved my Dad’s life! About 10 years ago he was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and after a year or 2 of hunting around for a cure or some treatment we were stumped. Until he discovered HeartCells foundation through The One Show. Since having the treatment he’s gone from strength to strength and is now back working and doing all he can to raise money for this amazing charity. As a thank you I am also helping to raise money and awareness for the charity. Any donations you can provide will go towards developing the treatment further and eventually getting it approved for use by the NHS so anyone can have it as a routine treatment.”
